Shipping Information
At Saint Hills, we aim to get your order out the door as quickly as we can.
Here’s what you need to know about shipping:
- Handling Time: We’ll process your order within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Shipping Options: Delivery times depend on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Once your order is on its way, you’ll get an email with tracking info. Keep in mind, shipping times can vary based on the carrier and your location.

Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds—exchanges only.
Here’s how it works:
- What’s Eligible: Exchanges are available for a different size. If your requested size is unavailable, we’ll issue you store credit.
- Condition: Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase (like your order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Start an Exchange:
- Ship your package back to us at:

- Email us at hitus@sainthillsworld.com with:
- Subject field add word EXCHANGE & your order number
- Body of email, make sure you add the following:
- Please provide your tracking information of your return
- Size you'd like to exchange for
- Once we receive your item, we’ll confirm receipt by email.
- If the size you need is available, we’ll ship it out to you. If not, we’ll issue store credit.
PLEASE ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS FOR US TO PROCESS YOUR EXCHANGE
Important Notes:
- Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back to us.
- We will ship your exchanged item to you free of charge.
